10/10. Can't recommended them enough. I have went here several times, and they're always: honest, quick, reliable, reasonable, and also just the best people! Recently, I was having some brake issues. I called in not even realizing the work I had done a few years ago by them would be covered under their warranty. The first thing they said was "bring it in, we stand by our work and will warranty it and make the needed repairs". From my experience with the dealerships, they sort of go out of their way to extract as much money as possible from you... not the case w/ Leo's Auto!

Hands down the most unbearable and frustrating experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop. Overcharged for borderline everything, never the same price they give you beforehand. Rude aggressive staff who must be having a bad day everyday. I was told never to return in a very threatening manner after getting into an argument with them over storage fees that were excessive and unwarranted.

Leo's has been the most transparent, affordable and friendly auto shop I have ever gone to. I went to a couple different auto shops for quotes on a big repair. Another place quoted me for $3500 and Leo's quoted me for $2000. At another point I needed to replace my water pump and when I couldn't afford the price they helped me find the correct part online and showed me how to do it my self. If any place deserves your business, it is this one

Leo’s Auto Shop is hands down the best auto shop experience I’ve ever had. They are truly in it to help people and the community, not to rip anyone off. From start to finish, they’re completely transparent, honest, and go out of their way to explain everything so you actually understand what’s going on with your car. They’ve gotten my rav4 in when no one else would even take a look, and the customer service is absolutely stellar. They’ve helped me countless times. You can tell they genuinely care and always try to give you the cheapest, most reasonable option instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for a shop you can actually trust, this is it. I’ll never go anywhere else. Highly recommend Leo’s Auto Shop!

I don’t think I have ever had a better experience bringing my car into a shop. I reached out about getting a dent repaired in my front bumper which 5 other auto shops said could only be replaced, costing from $800-$1,200. Alex was able to take a look at it the same day I called - which alone was incredibly impressive. He asked me to wait for a couple minutes while he looked at the damage, then 5 minutes later came to have me take a look. In that time, he completely removed the dent and was able to reattach the edge of the bumper which was coming off. I was so impressed with the speed and quality of the work, and that the bumper didn’t need to be replaced as so many others said. I asked Alex how much I owed him, and he told me it was completely free of charge. I am unbelievably impressed with this shop and the guys who work there. I will definitely be coming back (and for more than just dent repairs since they seem to do any and everything auto related).
